The MCX is observing the Indian national holiday today, so markets are closed.
In Monday’s session, prices fell substantially once again, in a range between 170 and 210 rupees per bale. Turnover was also down to 1,061 lots (26,525 bales), compared with 1,722 (43,050) during the previous session.
