China: State Reserve purchasing results

The maximum price of Xinjiang Type 3128 lint during the third week of the State Reserve procurement programme (December 23 through 27) is 13,522 yuan per tonne, up 97 yuan from the previous week.

Today, 840 tonnes of cotton found buyers, or 12 percent, from a total offered of 7,000, at the maximum price of 13,522 yuan per tonne.

All of the crops traded were for delivery to two ‘mainland’ warehouses.
