The China Cotton Index (basis Type 3128B) was unchanged at 15,908 yuan per tonne, equivalent to 106.98 US cents per lb. Type 2227B rose by three yuan to 14,851 yuan per tonne, equivalent to 99.87 US cents per lb, and Type 2129B increased by one yuan to 16,352 yuan per tonne, equivalent to 109.96 US cents per lb.
