During June, raw cotton export shipments amounted to 11,882 tonnes, down by almost 4,500 tonnes from the total in May. The major destination was Egypt (7,432), followed by Turkey (2,446) and Indonesia (1,141).
The volume exported from August 2022 to June 2023 is 274,655, down 25,000 tonnes from the same period last season.
