China: State Reserve sales to commence this month

The China National Cotton Reserve Company announced today that a State Reserve sales programme will commence later this month. The daily volume offered will be announced each working day. The base price will be calculated by reference to the same formula in force last year, that is 50 percent based on the average of two domestic price indices and 50 percent on the world price.
