The China Cotton Index (basis Type 3128B) decreased by three yuan to 15,906 yuan per tonne, equivalent to 106.96 US cents per lb. Type 2227B rose by one yuan to 14,855 yuan per tonne, equivalent to 99.90 US cents per lb, and Type 2129B dropped by one yuan to 16,351 yuan per tonne, equivalent to 109.96 US cents per lb.
