India: MCX futures
As at around 16.30 hours IST, the last-traded price for the October cotton contract on the MCX exchange was shown as Rs.15,960 per bale, up Rs.10 from yesterday’s close. Earlier, the contract had been trading at a lower value.
The November and December contracts were still showing modest declines at the time in question. These movements represent a reversal from the gains shown at yesterday’s close, which is shown below:
